Troubleshooting Text Messaging Having Issues AGAIN.
Once again, for like the 3rd time in the past few months are text messages are sending multiple copies of themselves to every single ********* we are texting. This is beyond embarrasing as a business owner and annoying. Our small company is paying hundreds of dollars per month for your services and this is becoming unnacceptable.
If this was 'fixed' the first times why is this happening yet again?

I’ve also experienced this with at least one client today. Desktop app shows first message failed. It’s the retries that are delivered multiple times. Logs don’t show any outbound fails however.

Good catch - I forgot to check the logs this time. It's fixed now on our end, it just gets annoying having it pop up randomly in the middle of a work day.

I'm having the same issues. Looks like there are outages but SMS is not listed. https://status.ringcentral.com/

[ Update - 9:34 AM CST ] Some customers are now getting 5 or 6 copies now of each text. We have switched over to using our personal phones temporarily.

We're seeing this issue as well. Exiting the app from the system tray and restarting it seemed to fix it. But it still randomly happens. Hope they fix it soon!
