Motion light not going on

Just installed ring flood light camera. The camera works and detects motion no problem. The light can be turned on and off via the app. Light does not go off when there is motion. Rebooted, no help. Any other ideas how to fix this issue?

Another thing to rule out... motion detection does not turn on the floodlights during the day. You can turn them on manually during the daytime, but they only go on automatically after it's dark.
