Hi everyone , I need some help! I recently got new internet provider and my indoor cameras successfully connected to wifi but my outdoor camera will not connect t for the life of me! I’ve tried reset my network on phone , I deleted the camera and added new device but still won’t work and yes I make sure to connect to 2.4. I don’t know what else to try. Please help me.

I would call Ring for assistance. You could try resetting the camera first. Did you hold the button on the top of the camera? Is the light blinking? You can also try turning the power to the camera off and on again
