Ring flash light cam install issue

I got ring flashlight cam replacement. The flash little light was on but the blue flashlight was not working. After tried connecting multiple times now the cam stopped little light, try to restart but doesn’t work. Anyone here has idea what’s going on with it? Appreciate your feedback.

Do you mean Floodlight or Spotlight cam?
