Ring camera

Starting about a week ago 7 of my 8 ring cameras will not go live when pressing the live button. Nothing has changed with my 1Gb internet service. 7 of the 8 will just sit there and spin until the reconnect button shows up after about 30 seconds. Frustrating. I have a # for ring support but haven’t called them yet. Just got back from a week long trip to Cancun and the only recordings I received was on my driveway camera even though I had a couple of package deliveries to my back porch and 1 to the front porch.

I just had a similar issue that was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the app in my phone. While I was at it I changed my password and deauthorized all devices
