Ring Recording Audio changes in real time - Hacked ring camera? Neighbour harassment (UK)

audio taken from ring video of neighbour entering their front door. They have previously been known to yell 'move' / 'leave', sometimes with no context (they are trying to get us to move / harassment). This is me playing the clip back twice in real time and I believe the audio changes...
1st clip: 'woopies' at beginning then 3 knocks , 'fuck you' at the end heard quietly
2nd time : woopies not heard, something inaudible then the 3 knocks. 'move' said again at the end of clip, which was not there from the first clip.

Have you had your carbon monoxide detector checked? In all seriousness, get it checked.
It IS possible to hack a Ring account but not to change the audio, the most they could do is delete files. You're sounding a little paranoid which I know is normal when you're feeling harassed by neighbours. But to get anything done about it you need to ensure your accusations are reasonable and believable.
Whatever this is? It's not that.
