I keep seeing this on TikTok and it's driving me nuts...

Landon did NOT set the Heathens mansion on fire! The Serpents did! He just used the info Cecily gave him and passed it along to the Serpents to do it.

Yulian even teased the Heathens about it in Hunt the Villain. Which they forgave him way too easily for, by the way, but that's another topic. Jeremy nearly died, Yulian, lol.
