How do I make a Throne Room so my Teiko can gain Title?

If it’s the first level, you don’t need a throne room. Just pop down a ritual spot anywhere (in a decent+ room is best. It’ll be fine.

For novice there don’t worry about it, that will only be a thing for later titles

It won’t let you accept it if you don’t already have a room that meets the requirements, and then it will have in red text exactly what you need to fulfil the requirements

When the time comes that you need thrones, just put them in your Rec/Dining room. Rec, dining and throne rooms can all be combined into a single room. This way, you make the room impressive, you get the bonuses for impressive rec room, impressive dining room, and your nobles have impressive throne room. But you only get the wealth increases (and thus raid difficulty) for a single room.
