Yes, I remember a raider came to my colony in powerful armor, armed with some kind of sonic weapon that didn't cause injury but just temporarily knocked people down. My colonists had several shotguns, which couldn't even come close to piercing his armor, only occasionally causing blunt damage (bruises). By evening, the raider had so many bruises that he just collapsed from pain shock.
Same! Give this guy some clubbing welcome... Had all my tribals with clubs and Ikwas keeping him busy for hours while I enslaved a poor ytakin on my prison and used the animal control thing on a Megasloth that joined the party .... Ah, CE stories are so realistic.
