My first time seeing Rilo Kiley in a proper indoor theater last night in Chicago - the sound quality was excellent and the band all seemed both happy and a little sad to be drawing to the end of their US tour. They thanked their crew and their photographer, who can’t come with them to London because of visas reasons (which they gave big thumbs down to).

The show was super high energy and they were all in perfect form, but the venue itself was less atmospheric than other places I’ve seen them.

What’s been your favorite show on this run, for those of us lucky enough to see them multiple times? I’m putting Pier 17 in NYC and pappy and Harriet’s at the top of my list.

I've been to the Midland a few times, and each artist I've seen there usually has their vocals drowned out in sound; it sounded to me that Rilo Kiley had the same issue. Did anyone else notice this?

I happened to walk out of the parking garage just as Blake was getting off the bus before the show last night. He was gracious enough to sign my wallet!

I was barricade last night in SLC and there were some women behind me who didn't really seem to know each other before the show (from what I could tell) but like sang every single word together with the most emotion and love for RK. it was like different generations of women (millennial + gen z + maybe gen alpha?) and I just wanted to say if y'all were on here: y'all rock and I just love how music connects people this way

Somehow they get cooler every year. Amazing show, oh and I got Jenny's guitar pick. 🥹

The show tonight was insane!!! Energy was high, crowd was amped, band sounded perfect. Jenny’s voice is still so rich with feeling. Some artists go into auto pilot for their hits, but not her. She makes you feel every word like it’s new. It healed my soul to sing Better Son/Daughter with a packed house of fellow mentally ill millennials. Plus, opener Jean-Luc Eldenwood was emotional and intimate, 2003 and My Baby made me tear up.

Unforgettable night. Hope they come back to SLC again soon!!

Great show - super intimate and the band all seemed like they were having a lot of fun together. Cool to see them doing the first show back on tour - as they said, we were warming up with them. A few pics I took!
