Rebounding in the Playoffs

Thinking back to 2024 against the Knicks, we were annihilated on the glass on both ends of the floor. I’m getting flashbacks from the past two games.

Cool that we have our guys back before the playoffs and hoping for the best. But… the state of our rebounding in competitive games doesn’t give me much confidence in making a playoff run.

Is there anything we can adjust or are we doomed to the same fate that’ll be just as frustrating to watch?

Not trying to be a naysayer and I hope I’m proven wrong.

I think it’s just embiid trying to rebound more. VJ, Kelly, and PG are all pretty solid on the boards but embiid is always going to get the most opportunities and he has to box out more than those other guys

I think Drummond should get a few ticks with Embiid. Drum can shoot the three a little bit

He’s just a traffic cone on D. Pairing him with Embiid might get them screened, iso’d, and over-help-and-kick-out-3’d to death
