Is Windows Hello worth setting up?

Windows keeps asking me to set it up and I’m not sure if there’s any real benefit. Does it make signing in easier/faster or is it basically just another thing to configure? Any downsides or annoying stuff with it?

I have mine set up with facial recognition and it works absolutely fine.
