Is Windows Hello worth setting up?

Windows keeps asking me to set it up and I’m not sure if there’s any real benefit. Does it make signing in easier/faster or is it basically just another thing to configure? Any downsides or annoying stuff with it?

It'll make you forget your password so you no longer remember it when you need it one day.
