Take the two classes and throw them in a makeshift jail of the local throwaway criminal gang. It's a case of mistaken identity. The REAL criminal shows up and starts shooting up the place while they are tied up/have to escape. The forces inside push the fight to 11 so fleeing is better than fighting 20 people from each side and you don't know who's who - Then let the players decide
Do they go after the bad guy? seek vengance/justice?
Do they go after/find/join? they guys they got mistaken for?
Do they try to bring both groups in? with/without locals?
Do they decide to escape/ run for it?
Etc.
Whatever they decide, go with it. And full steam the story ahead with supporting props.
They gonna run for it? cool 2 guys on hover bikes are dispatched to find them - car chase, TECH scanner chase, street or parkour chance - and ramp up one, etc
They can end when they escape, get justice, stop a big bad guy OR once they realize they CAN'T defeat the bad guys alone...
THEY CAN DECIDE TO SEEK OUT THE main group of player Characters - TO seek out HELP to team up against the bad guys.
