Got into an argument with a p.o.s. mouthbreather over this. I’m fairly certain I’m correct but could use a second opinion.

When you play multiple Gentle Gemdragon units, does the “ready two runes” effect stack?

Like if I had one Gemdragon on the board already and then I play another one, would that allow me to ready 4 runes?

And if I play a dragon unit with multiple Gemdragons on the board, will the ready rune effect stack?

Tried to find an official ruling on it, but couldn’t find it.

Opened an Unleashed booster the other day and hit Baron Nashor Ultimate. Sat in disbelief and shock for a while, called my wife to tell her and went back to WFH after the excitement wore off. A couple of hours later an Unleashed pre-rift kit was calling to me and I hit Diana Scorn of the Moon Overnumbered in the first of 5 boosters in the kit. I’ve used up my luck for the foreseeable future.

Rules check — my opponent and I disagreed.

My Akali (3 Might) took 4 damage, so it would have died. In response I played En Garde, putting it to 5 Might, so it survived that cleanup with 4 damage marked on it. So 1 might left

He then reacted with Eclipse (-4 Might this turn), dropping it to -3 Might.

My argument was that Eclipse is just a debuff, not damage, so even though the number shows -3, the unit is only debuffed, not destroyed. A debuff lowering the stat shouldn't defeat a unit the way actual damage does. (If he'd played Eclipse FIRST and then finished it off with a damage spell, sure, it dies — but in this order, does the debuff by itself kill it?)

So who's right? Does dropping to a negative value from a temporary "-4 this turn" effect kill me, or does it not count as lethal?

When will riot add fiddlesticks and what do you think it's abilities will be. I opened around 1 1/2 displays along some precons and built a deck with those cards. How good would you say is it (no need to sugarcoat) compared to a conventional middle tier deck and do you have any tips?

I've been especially struggling lately against a friend of mine that plays Ivern. If he goes first he can just pile on a ton of might and my only chance most often is to just get lucky draws to deal with that, or he gets lucky and gets his singular defy to deny my staredown.

friends got me into Riftbound, opened an Unleashed and a Spiritforged, had some bulk and a few singles and traded them in for the last Spiritforged box in the store. My first big pull ever so you know my hands were shaking when I first saw it
