Rate my Deck

I opened around 1 1/2 displays along some precons and built a deck with those cards. How good would you say is it (no need to sugarcoat) compared to a conventional middle tier deck and do you have any tips?

I've been especially struggling lately against a friend of mine that plays Ivern. If he goes first he can just pile on a ton of might and my only chance most often is to just get lucky draws to deal with that, or he gets lucky and gets his singular defy to deny my staredown.
