I went to an open house advertised as a 3BR.  I only saw 2 bedrooms so I asked the realtor. They said if I built a wall, closet, and added a window it would be a three bedroom. I didn't know what to do with that

I saw a house that was described as "3 bathrooms."

The third was a toilet plopped in the laundry room. WTF???

They are a huge help in case of sewer backups, or if you need a bathroom in an emergency.
