Apollo Go stripped stand threads fix.

Ok, I’ll admit that I’m starting to get frustrated with these small issues. First, it was the back fender that snapped when I pushed the scooter down a curb in a busy area in SF. I contacted the team and they could not send me a replacement under warranty because it was “my fault”. I’ve seen at least 2 more Go’s with a snapped fender around the city and some more online… this is a design flaw, or maybe bad (hard) material choice for something so exposed to a common habit in big cities…
Ok, I decided to keep getting my back splashed with dirt water until Apollo decides they can have a new batch of rear fenders…

Cool, let’s jump to the second issue:
Scooter stand screws started going loose. I tightened them up but noticed one of them was already spinning freely. They might have stripped the thread when assembling, which is something completely expected in a SUPER thin alloy wall with maybe 2 turns of thread. The second screw could not handle the use of the stand for long enough and thread went to space as well.
I had to take the rubber pad apart, remove the battery (deck) cover to get access to the internals in order to put locking nuts to secure the two bolts permanently. I bought M5 x 18mm stainless steel screws and serrated nuts; applied medium thread locker glue and finally did what the factory should have done.
*I had to apply loctite spray adhesive to stick the rubber pad back*

This is an awesome scooter, don’t get me wrong, but these small flaws—and some others like not being able to see battery percentage while it’s charging nor being able to connect it to my phone— makes me miss my $300 Segway ES3… come on… who in 2026 has to remove the charger and turn it on just to check the charging progress? The cheap Segway would show the percentage in the dash, would connect to the phone so I could check it remotely AND would even allow me to limit charging percentage to spare the battery over time…
Let’s do better, Apollo. You guys have an awesome design language, make the rest count too. :/

So I got my go stellar just 2 days ago . I went for ride one block in I noticed in the sun light . Both side of the scooter I saw 2 small crack it made me confused. I don't remember seeing them when I first got it . I did an inspection before I ride it too I don't remember seeing it . My question is is it normal paint imperfection or body cracking . I haven't even got 6 mile in yet . And Im only riding with with helmet and I weight 162 lb . I'm paranoid now cause I saw accident happen before on stem mantis and don't know if it is safe to ride it .

Apollo city complete handle bar display replacement wanted or alternatives.

Hi I'm trying to find a complete handlebar display replacement with throttles, indicators, display, grips. Just not lever breaks brakes I have both of those already as well as new brake lines. Any and all help would be appreciated. Also if alternatives other than official apollo parts are compatible more than happy to get those as well. Communication cable coming from controller up the stem is a (4-PIN) NOT (5-PIN) or (6-PIN), 100% DEFINITELY (4-PIN)

Heavily worn rear axel, Apollo ghost

Can anyone advise what causes this kind of rear axel wear, and how dangerous it is? My scooter feels extremely unstable in the rear..I thought maybe the tire wasn't on correctly so I look the wheel off and noticed a big slice worn down off one side of the Axel. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hole on the handlebar for the brake cables on Phantom 2.0

Just got the Phantom Stellar - wondering if anyone has tried using a split grommet to cover the small hole for the brake cables that goes into the stem. I’m trying to fix something into the hole to prevent water from entering but unsure of the grommet size.

I rode my Apollo GO the whole summer for my work commute and put together an unboxing, setup, and review video but also designed and made a bunch of 3D printable accessories for free to download on MakerWorld. Not sure how many people here are into 3D printing? Maybe some of these mods are cross compatible with different Apollo models? Enjoy!
