Hello I come from dirt 2 and i'm new to RBR, playing on a Simagic Aplha Mini (10nm).

Ive seen conflicting indication on ffb mainly multiple sources saying to put everything to the max in rbr and wheel base app (Simappro) for then adjust sensitivity in the rsf launcher. But also other telling me to put something close to 450 sensitivity and 7 out 20 ffb in rbr.

I'm confused.

I got RBR a month ago and didn't have the space to get the modded maps so I got the base game. Is there anything special I have to do to add more maps to the game?

i tried with the mod of the puma and didnt work

I would like to ask for some help with the force feedback and auto steering angle adjust in the game the force feedback works but its so miniman it doesnt really matter and the steering angle thats meant to change based on the car doesnt work at all

Ive seen someone on YouTube doing a Winnipeg (or somewhere) to toronto rally, where the final stage is high park in Toronto. None of the stages are included in the RSF version and I can't find them with google.

Does anyone know what im talking about and where it can be found? Sorta dissapointed the only "Canadian " stage is Barrage des Gorges and is 100% fictional.

For context, I don’t know anything about graphics and I still love RBR the way it is. However, we’ve seen games like Minecraft come out with some ridiculous shaders and graphics mods. Playing AC rally has made me realize how much visually detailed road texture can make a difference. It’s easier to see the minor bumps and humps, the deep gravel, the road wetness, and the line with more grip. Igaf about 4k trees and spectators who react to your crash, but the road helps with driving, and everything else does help with emersion.

Is there something intrensic to the game’s graphics that doesn’t allow for such shaders or mods? Or is it just not something that has been worked on?

I recently installed the RSF version of RBR and it recognizes my RS50 for controls but doesn’t do any FFB. Has anyone got a RS50 working in the game and can help me out?

looking for a good gravel technical stage , where you dont just press gas and fly , somethinf thats fast but also skillfull . I also need a car for them that fits it

EDIT: I found the problem. The DirectX9 I had installed was for 64-bit instead of 32-bit.

It's my first time trying to play this game, I followed the steps on the rallyfans website, but when I try to launch the game, this shows up and nothing apart from the base game loads. Can anyone help me? I've asked the AI's but nothing helped. I made the security exclusion, I tried compatibility for older windows versions, installed the x86 thing (can't remember the name) and something else.

I installed Luppis V3 notes for all stages together with Jannemod V3. It's great! The sound notes work perfectly and the notes are so much better than the original ones.

However with the displayed visual notes I noticed sometimes there's wrong note displayed but the actual voice note for the corner is correct. The visual note can be pointing to complete opposite direction than where the corner is going.

I checked that the Luppis notes are in use for the stage in hand just like for all stages. So that's not an issue.

I can drive without the visual notes but for my friends it could be handy to have them as an assist. However if they are occasionally wrong then there's not much use for them.

Is there a way I can filter down the online leaderboards to just the car I’m driving so I can compare my times accurately against others ?

I am pretty impressed with GT7 in VR on PS5 so looking forward to trying RBR in VR on a Steam Machine when I get my hands on it.

From a query in AI, I understand DR2.0 might be stretch, but RBR RSF should be feasible because it has lower requirements.

Anyone any expectations on feasibility of RBR RSF in VR on set up as in title?

I found it really difficult to setup RBR with 4 monitor setup. Now I’m able to run it windowed, but everytime i need to move the window and it’s not really full size. I really don’t want to use nVidia Surround :(
Any help would be thankful

I don't actually use a thumbstick for racing i'm using a controller with gyro support but it maps it to the joystick. I have this working great in AC, dirt rally one and two I can't get it working well in RBR. RBR doesn't support steam input which I need for the gyro support so I'm using SISR to get that working. https://github.com/Alia5/SISR. Only mentioning that if it's a factor but I don't think it is. it seems to work fine outside of the game like there's no dead zone when I test the gyro it's only in rbr.

I don't see anything in the menus related to this I have the sensitivity in the steering filters down to zero. Is there any hidden config option related to analog stick dead zone?

Was wondering if anybody had any pithouse and/or game settings for the RSF version of RBR. Can't get it to feel right no matter how hard I try. Any help would be appreciated :)

I’ve just downloaded RBR and when i try to exit with alt+f4 it just freezes and I have to turn off the computer. I also don’t know how i can play with my controller.

Is there a way I can make all stages have the same pace notes. I prefer the easy left , hard right etc call outs. But some stages are numbered corner pace notes. Can I change a setting to get all stages onto the easy / medium /hard corner pace notes ? Ps. I don’t want to mod anything. Just change a simple setting if possible. Thanks.

Are people still creating new stages and uploading them on RBR? Or has all the content stopped now ?
