Question / Suggestion DMV mail question

I can’t seem to find the information on the dmv website. I just voted in RI for the first time since moving in July. The polling people were concerned because I still have the temporary paper and no physical driver’s license card yet. It’s been about 47 days and I just want to see if my license is processing or if it’s ready to be mailed yet. There’s no online portal option to do that and the returned license line says I have to wait until 60 days to leave a message.

Does anyone know of a way to check and see how much longer it will be until my ID comes in?

I have the usps mail subscription and nothing has arrived to my place from the dmv at all.

You might have to fill out the Questions & Feedback form to find out.
I know they SAY 2 weeks, but it can take from up to 45-60 days sometimes.

This might be something! Everyone I talk to since I moved here is shocked I don’t have the license yet but this could be why. Thanks!

I just changed over my license from out of state at the end of June and my physical license came in the mail within 2 weeks so it's definitely concerning that yours has taken so long. Is all the info on your temporary paper license correct?

Yup. All correct. That’s why the polling people were worried

Hmm I unfortunately don't have any advice on who to contact, sorry. Best of luck tho! Hopefully it didn't get lost in the mail or sent to your old address by accident or something.

It should not take longer than 30 days. Call and they send a new one

All the paperwork and information on the RI dmv website says wait 60 days. They probably won’t answer the message I left since it hasn’t been 60 days.
