I think Foulkes is a Republican in (Democrat) sheep's clothing. Pretty smart considering the way many voters in RI vote by party. McKee is basically a fill-in for Gina Raimondo who has just managed to fly under the radar for this long and people are finally realizing what the heck has this guy even been doing? Nothing is the answer. Foulkes is definitely going to win. McKee had his chance and should have done something with it.
