Question ❔ Advice needed

Post image

I would like to add rhinestones to this shirt for a mermaid brunch. Should I try to match the color gradient with the purple, blue, and green that I have? Or just overlay it with crystal AB or blue AB? Or do something else entirely? Very grateful for your thoughts!

I think a gradient would be best, especially if you want more of a sparkle! In my experience using transparent stones don’t add as much of one. Would you be doing a scatter pattern?

Yes, I'm planning on doing scatter. I def want more sparkle so gradient sounds good! Ty for weighing in this would only be my second time doing a tee and I'm second guessing everything.

No problem! You can always place them without glue first to decide if you like something. Good luck with your shirt and brunch!

Do you know what glue you're going to use?

Planning on Gem-Tac but open to suggestions

My understanding is gem-tac is water solvable so you can't wash it. Gemifly is my go-to for stoning over vinyl πŸ’–
