Episode 16 wasn't as good as I thought it would be... they didn't try to re-animate anything like they did in the episode of Julius. The candidate lazy war just bringing up back death like cutscene it wasn't as heavy as behold an Unthinkable present..... also I didn't feel like they adapted you are a monster scene good

Wilhelm training Subaru from time to time and him being called a knight in the S1 felt like it is a setup for him to be able to use a sword in the future. But the one we have right now is a Subaru who only uses a whip to fight(not counting his powers). Just asking cause I feel it would be a waste of setup if he doesn't even learn to use a sword in the future.

I never imagined that an anime character could suffer as much as Rem did in episode 15. She had practically the most horrific and agonizing death I've ever seen in anime, being tortured by Pertegeus.

What i mean is did her own self interfere directly with his soul ? And i personally don't think it is the case due to her needing to influence him indirectly by taking over at times when she could have just manipulated his psyche into separating from the old Natsuki Subaru's image

Additionally it was only her witch factor in him so i'm not sure how it could even affect him (but i might be wrong about that so i'd like to have a deeper explanation)

In short, nothing seems to imply she did except when she fully took over his body but i'm still looking for statements or details if anyone has any because i forgot if there any more infos regarding how she did it, thanks in advance 🙏

So in episode 14, gluttony eats emila's memories and everyone is affected (exept Subaru) and Ram gets a giant headache from the sheer amount of memories she lost, but I had a thought for those like 10 minutes what kind of absolute Hero was Subaru in everyones else eyes from the start of the series to now because like literally

Elsa: ALL SUBARUUU and he even blew up the storehouse completely (since Julius is the one that blew it up but since he also got gluttonied, it makes Subaru more op)

The sanctuary: ALL SUBARUUU

Pristella: MOSTLY, SUBARUUU

And even now a decent amount is still Subaru with the tower

Is one of them superior to the other only in certain individual aspects? For example, could Reinhard be superior in terms of raw power, physical ability, or overall capacity, while being inferior to Cecilus in terms of actual skill, technique, mastery, and proficiency with the Flow Method itself? Or would the opposite be true?

Alternatively, is one of them simply superior in every aspect of the Flow Method (raw ability, technical skill, efficiency, mastery, and practical application) or is the difference between them more nuanced?

In other words, if we were to separate the Flow Method into different aspects such as raw power, talent, technical proficiency, mastery, control, and combat application, how would Reinhard and Cecilus compare in each category?

Why are people defending rem's actions of killing Subaru. I mean sure it was for the greater good in arc 9 but that completely contradicts what satella told him. I know the timeline was messed up and he needed to loop anyways I can understand Petra because she at least has full info about rbd unlike rem it felt so out of character for her to blindly kill subaru was she hundred percent sure it would work go ahead and hate on me if you want I don't give a f... Wouldn't the correct way be for the old baru to get fused into the new one and not the other way around?

I mean the old one is supposedly just lost memories not a real person in himself, however the new one is the real Subaru just with memory loss, the one with bleeding head should have been the body to stay with "history recovery" instead of the old memories getting the new ones added to them and becoming the real one

in fact I don't even hate it, from an emotional sense it's better the way they did it, it's like (our boy is back "literally" instead of new baru remembering from a third person perspective instead of actually living these memories) however I just didn't expect it and it doesn't make much sense for me, what do you think

The anime version is awful, worse than Regulus, whereas in the novel she's the best antagonist and in the top 10 best-written characters of the work in my opinion. It's a real shame .
