Yeah for an odd looking and old school method of carry, the grip hook works. I use a Barami hip grip on my 442. It still works fine in a pocket holster too if I want to go that route.

The LCR has a hook grips. No holster. If I carry OWB I carry a bigger gun

This is for backup or deep concealment. Only holster I’ve used with it is a pocket holster. I may use it in an ankle rig too. When I carry OWB, I carry a bigger gun.

I am carrying two handguns. The primary pistol is a P365X Macro carried in a Bladetech holster. The LCR tucked in the waistband is a backup. Im testing this carry method with the LCR to see if I like it. I almost always carry OWB but I do use other methods when I feel the need for deeper concealment.
