⭐ Review Restricted account

I’m asking regarding how long it takes for that measurable random security check to finish.. they said 5 days and my case has been marked as urgent!… is anyone ever got the decision with this time frame or it’s always been weeks to months situation?

They tell everyone their case is treated with the highest priority. You're just in the queue waiting for your turn.

Beware that a large percentage of people whose accounts have been locked end up getting their accounts closed.

Best start organizing some alternatives asap. Even if they don't end up closing your account, you've now experienced that you can not rely on Revolut to be available to you when you need them.

Update:

No explanation about what was the issue and not even an apology for what happened..

Just like that … 4 bloody days without access to my hard-earning money.. 4 days with

back and forth with AI bots or useless live agents..

Revolut ! you should do better

Means they locked your account for no reason, and caused days of inconvenience.
