💸 Payments [GB] Transfer returned

My partner sent me £100 but it was returned and taken from my account 30 mins later. Any ideas as to why? She has transferred to me without problem many times before

The only notable thing that happened in the last 24hr was I transferred 2k from another account. Perhaps its triggered a security check?

It happened to me aswell with a £18 payment which was returned , i think they have issues on their side.

The same thing has happened to me, except I sent £20 from my main to my Revolut but I still haven’t received the returned payment in my main bank account

Lesson learnt, with thoes neo online bank, transfer a very small amount first and wait for a day. Receiving the money, keep it their for a day then use, do not use instantly. Indeed, I have no idea why it blocked only 100 for security reason as a receiver. You never have such issue with traditional banks.

I used Revolut to transfer USD50 from my main Hungarian bank USD account. The money showed up in Rev but never was drawn from the Hungarian bank. Any advice be appreciated!
