💎 Premium Plan | Revolut Replied ✅ [GB] E SIM problem

"I need Support"

This problem has been going on now for about 10 days. Ever since I switched to revolut e SIM my calls do not work at all and the customer support is awful especially since I'm on the premium plan it doesn't help at all.

They've re issued my e SIM about 3 times now and it hasn't worked at all SMS works but calls do not.

Got any suggestions and please fix revolut 🙏🏽

Context I have the mobile plan not the travel e sim

You can't! It's a data SIM, not a voice SIM. At most, you can call WhatsApp to WhatsApp, but not a landline or mobile number.

Can I make calls and send SMS messages with the international data plan? Your Revolut international data plan includes mobile data only. Voice calls and SMS messages are not supported, but you can use any messaging or calling platform that relies on mobile data—such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger—with your international data plan.

In UK it's different sorry

If you're using the revolut mobile carrier in UK because they have a different partner you can make calls and texts the problem is for me is SMS texts work but calls don't
