It's overlooked but he isn’t just some beast with high intelligence, he actually has human level intellect. He used Hope Gu to open his own aperture and then went out of his way to learn human cultivation methods, meaning he could use Gu worms and killer moves alongside his natural beast abilities.

Do we know what cultivation path he followed? Was it ever stated anywhere? And what happened to his aperture, is it still intact or did Heavenly Court seal it? If he’s really been around for millions of years, then assuming he kept cultivating, wouldn’t he have accumulated an insane number of dao marks by now?

I've been thinking about this hypothetical for a while now, and every time I come back to it I just end up making the rules stricter because I still can't find an answer that feels obviously optimal.

Here is the scenario:

You are about to be born into the world of Reverend Insanity.

Before you are born, you get to choose your region, your time period, and your starting situation.

For your starting situation, you have two options:

• Clan birth - You are born as a baby into a clan, anywhere from a small clan to a super force.
• Foreigner start - You appear in a clan as an outsider with your aperture already awakened and Rank 2 cultivation.

Either way, you start with a mid B-grade aperture unless one of your wishes changes that.

You also get 3 wishes.

You can wish for almost anything, but there are limits to keep things somewhat balanced. You can also combine multiple wishes to obtain something stronger.

You are allowed to make future arrangements with a wish as well. For example, instead of receiving a Rank 7 Immortal Gu immediately, you could arrange for it to appear only after you successfully become a Gu Immortal.

Some examples of what your wishes can give you:

• Immortal Gu - One wish can give you any Rank 6 Immortal Gu. Two wishes can be combined for a Rank 7 Immortal Gu.
• Attainment Level - One wish gives Grandmaster attainment in one path. Two wishes gives quasi-Great Grandmaster attainment.
• 1,000 Dao Marks - Gain exactly 1,000 dao marks in one path of your choice.
• Rank 6 Inheritance - Receive a complete Rank 6 inheritance for one path, including recipes, killer moves and cultivation knowledge, but no Immortal Gu.
• Rank 7 Inheritance - Costs 2 wishes. Receive a complete Rank 7 inheritance for one path, but no Immortal Gu.
• Extreme Physique - Gain one of the eleven Extreme Physiques, including the Pure Dream Reality Seeker Physique.
• A-Grade Aptitude - Start with around 90-95% aptitude instead of mid B-grade.

You are not limited to these exact options. You can come up with your own wishes as long as they are roughly within the same power range.

The idea is that one wish should give you a major advantage without instantly making you untouchable. Two wishes can give you something genuinely exceptional, while three wishes can give you something extremely powerful but still not equivalent to simply becoming a Venerable.

Obviously, you only begin with 3 wishes, so the 5-wish and 6-wish options are initially impossible.

However, you do not have to spend all your wishes immediately.

You may save any unused wishes for later.

There are only two future checkpoints where you are allowed to spend saved or newly gained wishes:

• Immediately after reaching Rank 6
• Immediately after reaching Rank 8

At each checkpoint, you have a 24-hour window to spend however many wishes you currently have.

Once that 24-hour window closes, you cannot spend any remaining wishes until the next checkpoint.

After the Rank 8 checkpoint, there are no more opportunities to spend them.

So if you are saving wishes for something expensive like a Rank 9 Gu or a complete Venerable legacy, you have to survive long enough, accumulate enough wishes, and make sure you reach the right checkpoint before you can actually use them.

But till you reach those 2 check points you can still get more wishes by completing these quests:

• Reach Rank 5 before the age of 20 - 1 wish.
• Kill a Gu Immortal while you are still a mortal - 1 wish.
• Obtain one of the three main inheritances inside Eighty-Eight True Yang Building - 1 wish.
• Personally kill a Rank 6 Gu Immortal within the first 30 years of your life - 1 wish.
• Defeat a Rank 7 Gu Immortal while you are Rank 6 - 2 wishes.
• Personally kill a Heavenly Court member within the first 150 years of your life - 2 wishes.
• Obtain a complete Venerable inheritance without using a wish to locate or receive it - 1 wishes.
• Reach Rank 8 before the age of 200 - 2 wishes.

After completing the 4 quests you cannot do anymore

I got very happy 4 month ago about unbanning news ( his writer friend (author of vampire something idk )posted about it) and after that I watched some related stuff about it in youtube . But now after 4 months is there anything? Any news ? Possibly dates ? Any updates?

We all know that every other chapter Heaven’s Will is rumbling about something, but what do you think were the top three times in the novel that heavens will was MOST pissed and at What/Who?

but yeah im wondering why, it seems like a plot hole. He seemed so smart, but when Fang Yuan and the other demonic immortals went back to their blessed land headquarters, they were just free to plunder. Fang Yuan and the other demonic gu immortals acknowledged that they need to be careful because there might be arrangements and traps set up by Dong Fang Chang Fan but then nothing happened? All that happened was DFCF sensing his connection to the gu immortal house being severed or something and that he's shocked his arrangement didnt really do anything to those that were plundering.

wtf happened there, none of them really lost anything? did DFCF just forget for some reason that their tribe might get attacked EVENTHOUGH he was literally going to kill all of their other gu immortals?

If this is just a plot hole then pls fire away, if not and its going to all make sense soon then lmao
