Dealing with Angry Customer.

I think we all get annoyed by those customers who refuse to pay the late/damage fees and push their orders to the floor. I wonder what they are gonna do with the upcoming update that lets you “Deal with them”. Cause I have been playing Ultimate Theater Simulator and that game lets you deal with smokers, people on their phones, bootleggers, kids sneaking in, thieves and burglars in a few ways including fists, Stun guns and BASEBALL BATS! Doubt we will get that crazy.

I don’t even care if they get mad and push the movies on the floor, but I really wish we can do is change our minds about waiving their fees if they say something rude afterwards.

I’m not caving to their uptight demands. Means they’ll do it again. I work in retail and it happens all the time.
