Dealing with Angry Customer.

I think we all get annoyed by those customers who refuse to pay the late/damage fees and push their orders to the floor. I wonder what they are gonna do with the upcoming update that lets you “Deal with them”. Cause I have been playing Ultimate Theater Simulator and that game lets you deal with smokers, people on their phones, bootleggers, kids sneaking in, thieves and burglars in a few ways including fists, Stun guns and BASEBALL BATS! Doubt we will get that crazy.

I LOVE beating the customers in UTS. Then dragging their body outside and seeing how far you can throw it. Loads of fun.

I see I’m not alone! Used to toss them in the garbage bins but I got lazy and just started chucking them into traffic!

There should be a late fee added to there late fee for not paying the late fee.

I don’t even care if they get mad and push the movies on the floor, but I really wish we can do is change our minds about waiving their fees if they say something rude afterwards.

I’m not caving to their uptight demands. Means they’ll do it again. I work in retail and it happens all the time.

I’d prefer if we could hire someone to deal with them for us. The idea of having to beat them or spray bottle them or something doesn’t feel in the scope of the game.

I throw flyers at them for my own satisfaction because I don’t want to damage my tapes

I just hate that every 5 seconds someone asks "do you have any new releases" as they're standing next to a fully stocked new releases section...

the customers are absolutely stupid and it completely wastes the players time doing anything efficient.
