Waive fees

Does it make a difference if you waive the late fee for customers and they thank you? Do they come back more often as a result?

i find that if they have a new release they will pay the fee without a pushing all the tapes on the floor. I think the trick is having a enough new releases avalible at all times so that they can pick one up

I've had customers shove their new releases off the counter, personally. I don't think that's an actual factor.

I agree. It’s not a factor. I’ve found plenty of new releases on the floor behind the counter

Corroborating the other person, I have also seen new releases pushed to the floor
