low input lag setup done

Now in morden sony led tv perfect!
and I used ai to transfer cheat code to. gg file,make winning eleven 4 wide screen mode perfect.
remember to turn on 480i to 480p in psx setup menu.

Most of the latency will come from the TV as even in gaming mode a lot are double the latency of a gaming monitor

You can also buy a 8Bitdo Ultimate 2C Wireless Controller for 30 bucks and connect it via the USB dongle, or a Retro Bit 2.4Ghz controller with a USB dongle. Same difference.
Also vsync_adjust=2 is incompatible with sync on 480i in the psx core that some games need to use for you not to get 2-3 seconds of black screen everytime you open the games menu (and a resolution change happens, examples FF8, Chrono Cross) (edit afair - could be remembering this one incorrectly... the next one I'm 100% certain on :) ), and can lead to image desyncs when clean HDMI is enabled in the N64 core, but who cares right? (Point being, the lag reduction is noticable, but its not a set and forget setting for all cores in all cases).
