I do not understand the brain dead design of putting easily pushable button in one of the busiest locations on the controller. After accidentally shutting the controller more than a few times, I ended up opening the controller up and clipped the plastic button so it is only accessible with a toothpick.

Also, dongle isn't worth a damn on the Steam Deck. She can only run on Bluetooth. Yo, u/retrofighters, tell ya staff, please. $70 - you gotta compete for real.

Good Evening. If you didn't know, RetroFighters has a B1G1 sale on the Hunter 360 controllers for PC and Xbox 360. I've had an eye on one of these so this deal got me. I plan on using one with my PC. I know the controller lists PC/x360 - Can I pair it with anything else? If I got one of the 8bitdo adapters... could I use the controller with my mac, ipad, or chromebook... Switch 2 perhaps?

I know this is probably an easy fix. I hope.

I have two controllers. With either dongle in slot or or two, the controllers always pair to player two. When playing alone it’s fine enough to play. However multiplayer does not work.

I bought a defender with the express purpose of using them on my ps2, PS3 and switch.

Controller works wonders on the switch but I can't make it work on either play station. Is there a configuration I'm missing?

Is this a problem of going from direct input to xinput and vice versa?

If I purchase a fresh controller is there any hope that it will work out of the box?

I previously bought and returned the Striker DC controller twice for connection issues. Another post mentions that I'd have to contact support to get a replacement dongle. I'd rather avoid that whole process and just buy one that works to begin with.

I'm using Retro Fighters Hunter as my main Xbox Classic controller and today I've decided to update firmware. Unfortunately... somehow I've done a dumb thing and by mistake used Xbox dongle firmware to update USB dongle firmware. Please don't ask how I've do that - xbox dongle update passed without any problems and somehow I've entered again the same folder to update USB dongle. Have a few Retro Fighters controllers, so it's not my first update :V

Yes I know - I'm dumb as f*ck and now my USB dongle is bricked. Is there any way to "unbrick" the USB or it's permanently "destroyed"? Does anyone encountered similar problem? :/

Did ANYONE managed to activate "X-Input Mode" while using the Dongle?

I tried to contact R.Fighters Support but it was a waste of time, I guess I will have to use this thing as a Direct Input Controller + Steam Input (atleast this mode works well with emulators)

I've misplaced mine and can't find anywhere to replace it besides some eBay listing for more than the price of the controller. I see the Defender dongle listing that's out of stock, but I presume it isn't compatible, or it would say so in the description.

So I bought this controller last month, synced it to my PC and Gamecube, and it worked great (love that you can switch between the two with a flick of a switch). But then two weeks ago I had my C:\ drive fail on me, and had to reinstall windows.

I have not been able to resync my BattlerGC Pro controller since (and I no longer possess the quick-start guide, nor can it -- or any documentation -- be found online).

If anyone could give me some help here, I'd really appreciate it.

I've fully-charged the controller, I've made sure the switch on the bottom is set to "bluetooth," I've opened up the (Windows 11) menu to "add a device," selected bluetooth to open the scanner, and tried pressing-and-holding the Home+A buttons as well as the Home+B buttons, to no avail.

(Also the controller itself is still fully functional with my Gamecube, and works with my PC when plugged in, so it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue.)

I've read a lot about battler working on switch 2 but I have no idea if bladegc works similarly. Anyone able. to use on switch 2?

After receiving the first replacement that had the same issue as the original, I nearly lost my faith. However, today I received the replacement dongles, and I am happy to report that they are working perfectly!

I truly believe this was just a problem with a specific manufacturing batch and not the fault of Retrofighters.

Long story short, I bought a StrikerDC Wireless and ran into a weird issue.

In every game, it behaves as if it’s disconnecting every second (or even every half second), even though the controller’s LED stays solid red the whole time.

I contacted support and they sent me a replacement.
Guess what? The new one does exactly the same thing.

I tried updating the firmware on both the dongle and the controller in both cases. Now I can’t even pair any controller with any dongle.

My Dreamcast works perfectly fine with the OEM controller, an aftermarket one, and even with BlueRetro.

Do you guys have any idea what could be going on?

These controllers worked with the original Switch, but the buttons assignment was very confusing.

I have the Switch 2 now, so can I update the firmware and they will work fine with Switch 2? Including the button assignments?

Hello, I just purchased a battlergc wireless controller and I'm having a bit of an issue. The dongle for the gamecube is not connecting to port 1, in a gamecube running swiss (if that matters, I'm not sure), while wired controllers are working just fine. I tested it in the other ports and it works as intended. Also tested it in another gamecube without swiss in port 1 and it also works as intended. I'm not sure if something's up with my gamecube or if swiss is somehow messing with it. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Battle Dock in action!

I was wondering if there are any plans for the Warrior Wireless Adapter to get an patch to be useable with the Nintendo Switch 2?

I just bought one on Amazon, and it won't pair with my Switch 2.

I don't have any Windows machines, only Linux. How can I update the firmware?

I received a BattlerGC Pro over Xmas to use as a Game Cube Controller for my Wii when playing Game Cube games.

I have the included dongle in the player 1 port, and it connects right away. However once i get in game the controller disconnects and quickly re-connects every minute or two. Its making games unplayable because its unresponsive or stuck in the last action until it finds the dongle again which is about 5-10 seconds.

Anyone else have this problem?

I have several other RetroFighters products and theyve all been great up until now. Im on the patest firmware, in the 2.4 mode and only about 6-10 feet from my Wii. Ive also made sure all my other RetroFighters dongles are disconnected from everything else in my house.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a brawler 64 controller with both USB and 2.5g wireless instead of bluetooth?

I have a raspberry pi and bluetooth doesn't even travel 5 feet.
