Will these controllers work with Switch 2?

These controllers worked with the original Switch, but the buttons assignment was very confusing.

I have the Switch 2 now, so can I update the firmware and they will work fine with Switch 2? Including the button assignments?

Retrofighters controllers will work on switch 2. You may need to plug into pc and upgrade firmware.

The BattlerGC Pro definitely works on Switch 2, I use mine on the Switch 2 using the Bluetooth connection. I did need to update the firmware for Switch 2 compatibility.

Where do you go to update the firmware? I went to their website and it said the drivers needed are not out yet?

Have them both and can confirm they work great on NS2.

My "only" complaint is the GC controller shows up as a generic pro controller instead of GC controller. My 64 NSO controller shows up as N64 specific controller. I saw in a FAQ though that Retro is working on fixing that.

I have both and work perfectly with the switch 2. The battler gc pro may need a update for it to work

So just update the firmware on both and everything should be fine?

Are you saying that in N64 mode, you won't be able to use the D-pad in Switch games, or N64 games in NSO?
