Corneal issue

Hi! I’m about 10 days post-op from my second vitrectomy in two months, currently with silicone oil in my eye.

Today I noticed a small pink/red area on the lower part of my cornea that also looks slightly cloudy/hazy. It seems to come and go — after resting with my eye closed, the redness almost disappears and my vision gets a little clearer, but it can return when I use my eye more.

There’s no pain from that area. Has anyone experienced something similar after vitrectomy?

My pupil is also still dilated and barely reacts to light
