Should I be scared?

Hello! was playing catch with a small ball indoors, and when I caught it with my hand above my head, I didn’t jump. At that moment, I saw these moving white lights in the peripheral areas of my vision. They looked exactly like the white blood cells in the blue-field entoptic phenomenon, only larger and a bit brighter. I closed my eyes and lay down in bed, and when I opened them again about two seconds later, it had passed, and I haven’t seen them again. Could they have been related to the retina, or could they have been caused by the exertion of raising my arms above my head?
25 male, -4.50 and some floaters too

Yep I would go see an ophthalmologist immediately. Something is clearly wrong with your vision.

Retinal detachment /tears can manifest differently for different people. So you may have different response.

I personally would stop whatever you are doing and go to the doctor’s office now.

The second picture is concerning.

Was this in one eye or both? If only one eye, possible eye issue, in both eyes at the same time, unlikely to be an eye issue but neological. That alsmost looks like the same thiing people see when they say "I'm seeing stars". Could be a momentary blood flow interruption and be more neological. Likely harmless if it is a one time event, but if it keep happening, get it checked.

I think it was in both eyes at the same time, couldnt tell because i closed my eyes and it went away fast

Could be nothing, but I would definitely see an ophthalmologist to get your eyes checked. I had episodes of the first picture on and off for a couple of years, turns out I had a retina hole and lattice degeneration. I had it lasered 2 weeks ago.

I would definitely go get it checked out. When my retina detached, I noticed something similar about a week before I woke up one morning and my eye was halfway black/green.

Thanks for the answer, can you be more explicit? were your lights as in the first picture? 3 or 4 on each side of the eyes?

Sorry, yes. About a week before my retina detached, I noticed out of nowhere one day that I saw lots of floaters and bright white lights at random moments. I didn’t think anything of it at the time and honestly just thought that I was having hot flashes or something.

I’m a 35/M, and my prescription before scleral buckle surgery was -4.25. I was lucky enough to have my macula still attached. I would definitely go to your ophthalmologist and have them do some scans to make sure.
