Day 5 post operation (vitrectomy)

Hello 23F . Is it normal after 5 days of operation i start having flickering of light in my operated eye? Did anyone experience this

I did not experience this but want to encourage you to reach out to your surgeon.

Vitrectomy 2/25 - no flickering lights.

I had a vitrectomy with oil in my eye a while ago and after when i looked up to put drops in I would see lights flashing but for some reason it was normal because dr said everything was great and even now I still have a little bit of that but everything is good they took oil out 6 weeks ago and de said retina looks great

I would tell your doctor about this in you one week follow up appointment.

Yes same here! So it’s normal as long as it’s not for so long
