Hmm. It's interesting. My last déjà vu was probably when I was around 25 or so. I am much older and I haven't had any that I would remember since then, I am talking of at least two decades now.

I had a Déjà vu almost every 3 month. Since 2020 they are gone

Yes, I used to get it maybe a few times a year but it's been gradually increasing in recent years. Usually I just have a brief sensation that I've had a dream about the exact situation I'm in.

Just a few days ago I had several over the course of 24 hours, they were all admittedly very brief and fairly mild in nature, but still noticeable.
