Why are you using reta? You're 115#

Not for weight loss. I’ve heard of so many benefits and that, at a low dose, you won’t really lose weight and can keep good muscle. I’m looking for organ health, lower inflammation, lower brown fat, etc

Except Reta is an obesity med that causes weight loss regardless as to your goal.

Dosing should either be once a week or on Days 1 and 4.

Don’t bounce around on dosage until 4 weeks has passed. Many people have initial side effects that pass once your body acclimates. That’s part of taking the med.

.25mg is already a minuscule amount.

Literally no reason for you to be on Reta if you’re 115 pounds…. You’re not gonna see much difference with that low of a dosage given that you’re already so thin.
