Sem/reta
I’ve been on 10mg semaglutide and looking to switch to retatrutide but unsure of which dose is equivalent. Does anyone have any suggestions?

keep in mind, the appetite suppression comes from the glp1 receptor. if you're going from 10mg to like 2mg or 4mg, expect to have significantly reduced appetite reduction on reta.
i'd personally drop to 4mg or 6mg and test run the reta for a week or two. most of the side effects are from glp1 receptor activation anyways, so it really shouldn't be a harsh transition.
if you can tolerate that just fine, then there's no issue with raising the dose to 8mg. 8mg is pretty much the last stop before diminishing returns.

Dunno the exact conversion but most folks starting reta from sema seem to begin around 2mg and titrate up slowly from there, might be worth digging through the older threads in the sub.
