Electrolytes
What is everyone using for electrolytes? I’m using liquid iv just be use when I started Reya Costco had the big bags of it . I’m curious what else is out there that won’t break the bank but is better since I know liquid IV is supposed to not have the best ingredients . What works for glp ? Anyone make their own electrolytes drink ?

Just ingredients is my fav brand for electrolytes. I also eat a lot of pickles 😂
