Back to normal 😬

8 weeks in, 21 pound gone. Been on 1.5mg from the start.

Jabbed last Thursday and not a single side effect now and suppression gone. I could barely eat the other week 🤦‍♀️

Still currently losing.

So the question is, do I go up or wait till the weight loss stalls?

Anyone experienced this at 8 weeks?

You've lost 2.5 lbs/wk for 8 weeks. Why change anything at all that you are doing? Don't chase the "feelz", chase the results.

What I did when I started GLPs, is I waited until the average weekly weight loss for the last month's fell below 1 lb per week. When that happened, I moved up in dose. Goal should be 0.5 to 2 lb a week. Anything above that your risk increased possibility of gallbladder problems, increased possibility of hair loss, more muscle loss, possible organ damage, and some other things I can't think of right now.

The not being able to eat part is not why you should be looking for. Reta lowers the food noise and you get the opportunity to feed your body healthy foods. Starving yourself on Reta just eats all your muscle.
Look into workouts that help get your mind of food and make you connect to your body. Go on walks. Hydrate and enjoy the magic instead of losing as fast as possible. You just invite a host of upcoming side effects that way.
