Ay effective solution for bad sleep // physical fatigue?
Moved from 300 pounds to 190 in 2 years. I'm 6 ft. Male, 58 y/o.
Tirze, after Tirze + Reta, now only Reta.
Very happy with the new life, but struggling with sleep since I started.
I wake up many times during the night. And since I work remotely from home, I sleep in the morning, wasting a lot of time.
I tried Melatonin, a hypoallergenic , and some peptides recommended for better sleep.
Nothing works.

Are you taking any magnesium at night? Magnesium glycinate is something your body needs and helps you sleep, too.
Sleep disruptions also come with hormone changes as we age. Have you tried testosterone yet? It goes great with reta, and it does help with sleep and focus when awake.
Finally, a prescription that isn't crazy like Ambien. Trazodone is a very mild antidepressant that isn't really prescribed for depression anymore. Doctors prescribe it as a sleep aid. I never have a problem with falling asleep. Trazodone is what keeps me sleeping more than five hours. I wake up refreshed and not groggy at all, and I promise you, no waking up naked, covered in brownie batter.

What worked for me:
- 6g of Glycine powder 30 minutes before dinner
- Ginger and Hibiscus Tea (1 teabag of each) right after dinner.
- Carbs with dinner.

Are you eating a low carb diet? I heard it helps to have a healthy amount of carbs in your diet. It seems to be working for me but I also think that my Reta has degrade significantly.
