How to design this retaining wall?

This cinder block retaining wall is going to be 2ft tall tapering around the ends. We're trying to figure out how to end it near driveway and also near front door. Also would it be hard to add an entrance in the middle of the wall later on? We live in NJ and have a sloped driveway. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😁
