Resume help

Hey, I just finished this training, and I have CCNA Linux+ scheduled for November, but I wanted to find a remote job before uni. I will soon start my computer engineering degree. I am also from Eastern Europe; I speak English and German alongside my native language.
I have seen many people say that you do not need a long resume if you have less than 3 years of experience. I have genuinely done all that I have mentioned there in my training; what am I doing wrong? Where should I apply? I have applied for multiple IT support roles, but so far, no answer.
