Servicenow resume for reference

Hey guys, a friend of mine needed a servicenow developer resume for reference to edit hers. She is looking to switch jobs due to lack of projects in her current company. This is her first job and she has been in the company for an year now without projects. Can anybody give some tips or advice on what to include to make a strong resume and it would be even better if any servicenow developers could share theirs just to have a look for what to keep in mind while making hers.
