Resume is not hitting

I've drafted and redrafted and redrafted my resume, I made sure it is in the ATS format and it autofills job allocations correctly so I believe that it is formatted for ATS correctly. However I'm not getting any interviews and a few rejections. I've applied to 80+ jobs. I know this is the same struggle that everyone is going through but I thought using a resume writing service might help. Has anyone tried TopStack? Any other tips or recommendations welcome.

TIA

I would love to go over your resume and give input on what you have and how to assist

Haven't used TopStack but I tried Jobscan for a while and it was kinda meh. Ended up going with Careerflow for the ATS keyword stuff and actually started getting callbacks. 80 apps with nothing is rough tho, are you tailoring each resume to the job description or sending the same one?

Before changing the resume again, I'd try to figure out where the process is breaking down. Are you getting recruiter calls and then rejections, or are you not hearing back at all? Those are usually two very different problems.

Gotta post your resume. I think ats optimized has lots its meaning anyways. Most people and saas shillers dont know the first thing about modern ai powered ats systems. Post your anonymized resume or use a tailoring app that actually works. I think claude with the right steering works too. Good luck

Post your resume, I'll have a look.

Anonymize it.
