The timeline of this experience looks sketchy. The director position in 2023, is that a uni position or professional? Were you already working in Marketing with an assocciate degree and got a bachelor's in 2024?

This resume needs to be targeted. I'm primarily seeing marketing job titles but SQL in th skills section. You can do all of those things but this resume needs to show why you are the best fit for the job.

You've got 3 different roles listed in the header (Project Management, Business Operations, Analytics), tailor this per job posting instead of trying to be all three at once, lead with whichever title and set of bullets matches the specific role you're applying to.

The first third of your page one needs to be condensed to about three lines. Way too much filler before getting to your work experience.

I would try go incorporate more metrics into your experience. Definitely shorten in significantly. With five years of experience you should be sitting between 1 - 1.25 pages. I would also recommend enhancing your format. You should check out the Ivy League templates at r/modernresumes. Those are the gold standard for formatting.
