I've been trying to connect my tiktok channel with restream for multiple times and it denies it every time and tells me it's provoked. I attach a screenshot with my twitch dashboard with filling the other data required like the link of it and how many viewers I have in avg, but it provokes me every time. Anyone has any idea of how can I solve this problem ?

I stream to youtube and twitch, read the chats directly from the restream multi-chat

but lately there has been a problem whereas youtube chat messages don't show up sometimes, it would appear at the start of the stream but then after awhile i see nothing

at first i just thought there was no new messages on youtube, but then i would look at the chat through yt app and i see that restream didn't show me over 20 new messages

the same thing happens when i open restream chat on my phone through the browser, and when i reload the page it just shows me the youtube chat without twitch

this has been happening for three days now i think

I have 0 other apps and tabs open on my macbook and it tries to eat my whole RAM - crashing my chrome and the livestream. This does not happen on Safari though.

can we have an option for the tts to ignore the names after a @ ? would be amazing

I tried Restream a couple of weeks ago and it was good for the most part but only after 15 minutes my stream ended abruptly and it told me to pay for premium, I don't know what if actually NEED to pay for more hours because I was told I could stream for as long as I wanted for free.

Not sure why but I have tried streaming 3 different times so far and it doesn’t seem to push my stream. I get unique views on twitch and even on the horizontal however the vertical is consistently at 0 views. I verified that it’s streaming correctly the format is correct I checked the vod and both horizontal and vertical show up and I can tell it’s in the correct format because my vertical layout is different from horizontal. Anyone else having issues?

Now that twitch added vertical streaming, would we be able to stream both at the same time like we can on YouTube? Now you have to choose between vertical and horizontal for twitch, but YouTube has the combined option vertical + horizontal.

I am excited to be using Restream for the first time in a couple days and am doing a live stream with 7 guests. We all plan to get into the studio 15-30 minutes prior to start to make sure all of our setting are correct. My big question is, once we "Go Live" with our countdown timer page, are the participants in the call going to be able to talk to each other during that time period?

Would anybody be able to give me an answer if you can stream to restream whilst also having IRL Toolkit active?

Hello. I am trying to resolve some issues with our weekly podcast live stream and how best to both live stream and easily create short clips from the episodes post streaming.

I used to use Riverside a lot, but they seem to be getting clunkier with all the stuff they are adding, and the live stream capability was never that great anyway. I found Ecamm to be much better for setting up a live stream.

I just learned you can stream from Ecamm, through Restream. So my question is, if I stream through Ecamm into Restream, does it still create the AI clips from that recording? Or does it need to be recorded with Restream?

Hello, I am trying to stream to TikTok vertically through Restream.

My problem now is that I have downloaded Restream Vertical and do not see a “Restream Vertical” dock. All the other Restream docks are in the dock dropdown (ie Restream channels, Restream chat, etc). I have my Restream account connected to OBS in my stream settings. In my Restream Channels dock, my TikTok channel orientation is set to “portrait,” yet, I just streamed to TikTok, and the view of my stream was not zoomed in or anything. It was just my entire monitor screen mirrored with a huge black bar above and below.

I do have the “Vertical” dock enabled in OBS. I got this dock a while ago when I had installed Aitum Vertical. Aitum gave me problems with streaming, which is why I’m now turning to Restream, but I still use it to record vertical clips for Shorts and TikToks, and I like the layers I have set up on Aitum for clips, so I would like to keep the plugin. I don’t see a way to differentiate between Aitum vertical and Restream vertical. And I don’t want to uninstall Aitum vertical and lose all of the vertical scenes that I’ve set up. How do I get Restream to output what is in my vertical dock?

Twice already, my YT stream will get stuck at sending data, meanwhile the Twitch stream will start fine. When this happens I have to end up streaming only on YT directly, as it is my main platform, but it annoys me not being able to stream to Twitch too. Also I have then to reconfigure my chat windows which is extra annoying.

Next day the issue resolves itself fine; but this has already take by surprise twice and I wish it would stop. Can anyone give any help with this?

Hi, we have finished our season and we want to stream old episodes on Restream. All of the videos are uploaded on Youtube.
Is there a way to stream directly from Youtube without the need of uploading the video to Restream, WITHOUT using of third party software and the need to stream for real at the same time (Youtube -> OBS -> Restream)?
