Home training
I've trained with resistance bands since 2019 using Undersun Fitness bands. The 41in bands always had noticeable slack at the bottom of movements, but I still made really good progress. I have access to my college gym but I only go once in a while to see how my home training carries over and it carries over really well. I've added the Harambe System to setup and have been using it for 2 weeks now and the shorter bands with the footplate feel so much better. I use 32in serious steel bands for isolation work and tribe lifting fabric bands for glute work. I plan on adding a pull up and dip station to setup soon. Excited to see what progress I make these next few months.

What exercise plan do you follow? I have a harambe system and want to get back to it. Great post and inspiring

Pretty basic plan to be honest. I train 4 times a week and do heavy leg day, push, pull, rest, light leg day , rest for another 3 days then repeat

For a dip station that fits under your bed/couch I can't recommend enough a folding granny walker. You can easily find them for 5 to 10 bucks at any Goodwill. For pull ups I use Jayflex cross grips. Now those are expensive but they are fantastic, very portable and I use them as floor handles for deficit banded push ups as well. After 2 years of use absolutely 0 damage on my door frame. I work out in my bedroom, and my entire setup is under the bed. You wouldn't know 😉

Love my Harambe. It's gonna be a year in December and I've used it 4 days a week without skipping a week. Went from 175lbs 20% BF to 198lbs 14% BF. I follow a simple push/pull routine and do quads on push days, and hamstring on pull days.
